教授，博士，博士生导师，河北省高可信信息系统重点实验室学术带头人，河北省自然科学基金杰出青年获得者，河北省具有突出贡献的中青年专家，河北省21世纪三三三人才。

现任中国计算机学会理事，河北省网络安全学会理事长，河北省计算机学会副理事长，河北省电子学会副理事长，河北省政府信息化建设委员会委员，《通信学报》编委，《网络与信息安全学报》编委。先后获得河北省关键信息基础设施网络安全检查先进个人，网络安全周河北活动先进个人，河北省校园网络安全工作先进个人等荣誉称号。

1986年毕业于河北大学电子系

2004年博士毕业于中国科技大学计算机科学与技术专业。

研究方向：

云计算与数据安全、可信计算

科研成果：

多年来一直从事分布计算、网络安全与可信计算等方向的教学和科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金、河北省自然科学基金杰出青年项目，河北省自然科学基金重点项目、军地委托开发项目等项目30余项；在国内外学术期刊和会议上发表学术论文80余篇；出版专著2部；申请软件著作权11项，专利1项；获河北省科技进步奖4项；军队科技进步奖一项。

教研成果：

工作至今一直奋斗在教学一线，先后为本、硕、博学生讲授防火墙与入侵检测技术、计算机网络、计算机体系结构、计算机导论、高级计算机体系结构、可信计算、可信软件设计与评测、可信云计算等课程。2016宝钢优秀教师获得者。主编课程教材3部；主持国家级第二批新工科研究与实践项目1项，河北省省级优秀教学案例示范项目2项。获河北省优秀教学成果二等奖1项。
